Recently, I had the pleasure of doing a candid photoshoot with Malai & friends all the way from Brunei, and it was an absolute delight to work with them. The excitement and energy they brought to the shoot were truly infectious, and I couldn’t have asked for a better session!

Being a photographer in Kuala Lumpur has allowed me to explore amazing locations, and this time, I got to shoot with a group of tourists from all over the world who visited Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur. This downtown location holds a special place in my heart as I have done several shoots here including fashion shoots, pre-wedding shoots, personal portfolio shoots and so on, which is one of my favorite places to capture stunning pictures. With the help of my photography skills and equipment, I was able to create a perfect blend of creativity and aesthetics, which has left my clients completely satisfied.

I was quite excited to shoot at the Eden Coffee Rooftop cafe nestled in the heart of Bukit Bintang. I couldn’t wait to experience the ambiance of this hidden gem that boasts the most stunning panoramic view of the city. I was intrigued by the notion that accessing this unique location requires a special entrance – a hidden lift. I will probably explore more about this cafe in the future, so stay tuned.

When I engage in a portrait photography session, I must pay attention to the timing, especially if it’s scheduled for the morning. I get worried because the high sunlight at that time of day could potentially impact the overall quality of the resulting photos. I am not fond of shooting in the afternoon as I find the lighting to be less than favorable, making it difficult for me to capture the desired images.

I have also noticed that shoots extending beyond 11:30am do not usually meet the set standards, thus making them not good enough for use. Despite these challenges, I always ensure to put in extra effort and use my expertise to produce excellent outcomes that meet my client’s expectations.

As a photographer, I have found that capturing the perfect shot requires the right lighting. At this time, the natural sunlight is bright yet soft, providing the ideal setting for a stunning photo.
