Mood: Cinematic, Film-Look, Muted Tone

The recipe for creating Cine Vision videos on Fujifilm cameras is inspired by the Vision Obscura motion picture recipe and has been tailored to produce creative travel videos, B-Rolls, and vintage looks using the popular Classic Chrome film simulation. This video recipe is particularly suitable for shooting during daylight, whether under harsh sunlight or on a gloomy day. While the muted tone of the Cine Vision may seem somewhat dull, it can be enhanced with the use of lens FX filters to produce stunning results.

If you prefer a more vibrant video tone, you may want to try the high-contrast ‘In The Mood for Cira’ video recipe for a pop of color or warm tone with the Nomadic Film recipe for video. However, if you enjoy muted tones, the Cine Vision is an excellent choice for straight-out-of-camera (SOOC) video footage.

If you like the Vision Obscura recipe, which emulates the color tone of the Kodak Vision3 250D, you can take a series of photos and match them with the Fujifilm video recipe to achieve a consistent look across your media.

Most of the Fujifilm video film recipes work well with the diffusion filter for certain film-look. Great news this recipe works for all Fujifilm cameras with the Classic Chrome film simulation.
