Ragnarok X: Next Generation which was officially released on June 18 has been overwhelmed with active players, particularly long-time fans of the Ragnarok game franchise. The great players’ enthusiasm makes the adventure in the plains of Midgard too valuable to miss.

Let’s get straight to the point and here are the 5 fastest ways to level up in Ragnarok X: Next Generation. With this Ragnarok X leveling guide, you will be able to gain more EXP for leveling fast.

1. Farming Based On Monster Levels

Finding the best farming location is one of the ways to leveling up fast in Ragnarok X. To avoid an EXP penalty, always keep an in-between three-level difference. For example, if you are level 33, you must farm only monsters with levels 30-36 in order to maximize your EXP.

Before choosing the best farming spot, the first thing you should consider is the level of distance between you and the monster you want to farm. It is best if you refer to the monster list to find monsters that produce high EXP under ‘Recommended Training Points‘ under the Odin Blessing column. If you are playing on the PC, you can download the game and play on PC using NOXPlayer.

It is best to level up your Job Level first You can either level up your Base Level or Job Level in order to upgrade to the second job quickly and advanced more quickly in the gameplay later on.

2. AFK Grinding By Forming Party

Farming and grinding in Ragnarok Online is the most classic method to gain EXP. Unlike in the previous Ragnarok M: Eternal Love, there is a farming limit. In Ragnarok X: Next Generation, players can now grind for 24 hours. Although there will be less EXP gained but gaining a little is still better than nothing.

However, it should be noted, grinding without Odin’s Blessing is quite long to level up. So, you only need to grind, if indeed there are no more daily activities that can be done.

You only need to find an empty grinding spot and choose which monster to kill with the auto-battle feature. Remember to stock up on potions and other necessities.

After that, you can AFK for hours and just let your character farm. Although the amount of EXP gained is not as great as when using Odin’s Blessing, AFK Farming and grinding is well worth the endgame.

Grinding Tips: The best way to do AFK grinding is to find an AFK party. Search under ‘Form Party’ for AFK Party and find the monsters that are within your level. You will then able to request to join the party and grind together with 4 other players. The more players in the party the faster you will level up. When you used up all your Odin’s Blessing, you will still gain a small amount of EXPs while AFK.

3. Use Odin’s Blessing

Turn on Odin’s Blessing while farming to boost EXP and level up faster

Odin’s Blessing is the primary source of massive EXP gains. With this system, you can get five times the EXP from monsters. If you’re going to take a long time to level up, Odin’s Blessing can help you get there faster. To get Odin’s Blessing, there are two main sources to watch out for.

First, you can get Odin’s Blessing through the Mission Board and standing near Odin’s Statue. Each mission in the Board Mission will give you 140 Odin’s Blessing.

Second, you can get Odin’s Blessing through AFK in Prontera for 10 minutes to get 600 Odin’s Blessing. Keep in mind, these two resources can only be obtained for one day.

When farming, Odin’s Blessing consumption will be adjusted according to the size of the monster. For small monsters, you will consume one Odin’s Blessing per monster. For medium-sized monsters, you will consume two Odin’s Blessing per monster, then three Blessing for large monsters. Odin’s Blessing is one of the main points when it comes to level up fast in this Ragnarok X leveling guide.

4. Stacking CoC Missions

The EXP reward from the CoC Mission turns out to increase with the character’s level of achievement. For example, if you are level 40, you will get 27500 Base and Job EXP.

However, if you are level 41, you will get 30,000 Base and Job EXP. So, doing CoC quests when the level is high is very effective to increase the character level quickly.

To maximize it, you only need to skip the CoC Quest from Monday to Saturday. Later, on Sundays, you can do seven CoC Quests. Of course, from Monday to Sunday, your character’s level must have increased. So, the EXP rewards you get from Quest CoC will also be higher.

5. Complete the Entire Carnival

Complete all the Carnival daily and weekly quests

If you take a look at the Carnival column, you will find a row of daily activities that can be done. Some of these activities can bring quite a lot of EXP rows every day.

As a daily activity, you are required to complete a series of activities. At least, you set aside a little of your time per day to get a row of EXP prizes offered by daily activity.

If you miss it, your daily activity will be reset the following day. You cannot reclaim the missed prize if you skip it because Ragnarok X: Next Generation lacks the reclaim feature. You must complete two daily activities as a priority: the Mission Board and the Daily Instance.

The above said Ragnarok X leveling guide is fairly simple to put into action. Using the tips above, you can maximise your EXP gain to help your character level up faster. At the very least, you won’t be far behind other players, particularly Sultans who spend money on the Exchange to purchase various useful items.

Happy hunting!
